At a glance
SUMS is your single system, embdedded into the heart of your organisation. Created by students' unions, for students' unions, SUMS uses pioneering, data-driven technology to organise and understand your student membership, meaning that you can focus on what truly matters: the student experience.
Logging in
Logging into SUMS can be done one of two ways, depending on which way your organisation has setup the authentication. If you're not sure, double check with your system administrator to see whether you have a username and password login, or whether you're using the University's organisational sign in.
Take a tour
Once you're logged in, start to familiarise yourself with the platform by taking a quick tour of all the different modules. Once you're ready, come back and start looking through the guides.
Note: You may have different permissions to another member of your team/organisation and therefore the SUMS interface (i.e. the sidebar) may look different. If this is the case and you believe you should have access to a specific module, please contact your SUMS system administrator.
