Which EPOS zone can products created via an approved product application be found?

A setting is available within System Configuration that allows you to determine which EPOS zone you would like all products created via an approved product application to be held.

  1. Navigate to the System Configuration module
  2. Click 'Settings'
  3. Expand the 'Activities' dropdown
  4. Scroll to the 'Product Applications' section to find the 'Product Zone ID' setting
  5. Enter the system ID of the EPOS zone that you would like all products created via a product application to be held

If you don't have access to System Configuration to change this setting, you may need to speak to your SUMS Administrator to request that this is updated.
