Questions

The ‘Questions’ area of the Advice module allows you to create security questions to link to an individual’s case. Security questions can be selected to ask when a member gets in contact with your Advice team before proceeding to discuss the case.

1. Click ‘Create Question’;
2. Enter the question, i.e. ‘Name of first pet?’, ‘Mother’s maiden name?’
3. Enter a number for the display order;
4. Click ‘Submit’.

Once created, you will be able to select a security question when you go to link a member to a case.

You will need to add the 3 characters of the member’s answer for you to check when the student contacts your Advice Centre.
