SMS

If you need to send an SMS message, please get in touch with the SUMS team in the first instance via ZenDesk to make this request, as this will need to be actioned and sent by SUMS.

We will require a report of the members you would like to send the messages to, along with the SMS content and when you would like to send the message so that we can schedule this in.

Please note: Please refer to your licence agreement for confirmation of the costs associated with send SMS messages.
