What can I see on my main SUMS dashboard?

The SUMS dashboard provides easy access to the Support Dashboard, as well as key contact details for the SUMS Support Desk and emergency out of hours line. You will also be able to view News & Updates articles regarding new releases, key developments taking place and important information for SUMS users.

You can also customise your dashboard by choosing from a number of widgets to add key statistics onto your dashboard, such as the number of active Activity memberships you currently have, or how many Reps you have.

The dashboard also provides direct links to:

• Release Notes, to view the recent releases and updates to the platform)
• What’s New tab, where you can view notifications relating to new features on the SUMS platform
• KPIs, if your Union utilises the KPI module and chooses to display relevant KPIs on your dashboard
• Incident Report Form (for those who utilise the Incident Reports module)
• Your user settings, where you can update your password, reset your MFA and adjust your notification settings
