How can I view my KPIs on the SUMS Dashboard?

If your Union uses the KPIs module, they may have set this up in a way for you to be able to see key targets via the main SUMS Dashboard.

Within the KPIs module, you are able to set Dashboard Default KPIs that will appear for all users on the dashboard.

If these appear for you, you will be able to view the title of the KPI, the target value, and your organisation’s progress toward the target. You will also be able to select the green ‘Refresh’ button to refresh the progress of your KPIs, if any updates have recently been made.

If you have access to the KPIs module, you can also quickly navigate to the module via the shortcut on the main SUMS Dashboard, where you can choose which department’s KPIs you wish to view and make any adjustments if you have the correct permissions to manage your organisation’s KPIs.
