How can I view my notifications?

Your notifications can all be found within the notifications tab at the top of the page, alongside your user settings and your dark/light mode toggle. These options will be available to you at the top of the page whenever you need, not just within the main SUMS dashboard.

If you have new notifications that require your attention, a red dot will appear as shown above. Simply click here and a list of your new notifications will appear for you to take a look at.

If you’re happy to clear these, you can click the ‘Clear All’ button at the top of the pop-up.

You are also able to access a full-page view of all of your new notifications by selecting the ‘See All’ button available at the bottom of the pop-up – from here you can also clear all of your notifications, and also refresh the page if you wish to see if any more notifications are available.

Please note: You will not be able to view again any notifications that you have cleared, please ensure you have actioned everything you need before clearing your notifications.

Notifications regarding the release of a new feature can also be found within the What’s New tab, so you can easily see what new functionality has been released on the platform.
