Approving Candidates

Election candidates can be reviewed and approved within an election itself:

  1. Select the Pending tab on the main elections page
  2. Within this tab, you will see all elections for which there are pending nominations to review
  3. Select the blue ‘View’ button against the relevant election
  4. All nominations awaiting approval will be shown within the Submitted tab
  5. You will be presented with an ‘Approve’ and ‘Remove’ button to allow you to approve or decline a nomination
    1. Approved – If approved, the candidate will move into the Approved tab within the election
    2. Remove – If a candidate is removed (declined), the candidate will then appear within the Cancelled tab within the election

Within the Approved tab, you will be able to view the details of your candidate, and also manage their nominations documents.
