Introduction

The Employability Module is used to manage all elements of extracurricular activities that can be recorded on a student’s Skills Log. It also links the website to the backend of the system.

It can be used to:

• Create and manage training
• Create Volunteering Opportunities to be listed on the website
• Convert expressions of interest into Placements on all records
• Record Skills attached to Opportunities, Roles and Training
• View Volunteering Statistics
• Record Hours of activity attached to Opportunities
