Configuring Loyalty Schemes
How do I configure a loyalty scheme?
- Within 'EPOS', select 'Loyalty Schemes';
- Find the correct scheme and click 'Configure Scheme';
- This area is split into two sections:
- Collection;
- Redemption.
You can set parameters to adjust your loyalty scheme depending on products purchased, venues and times.
Collection
- Values - here you can enter what needs to be spent to earn a certain number of points/(£).
- Points/£ earned cannot be split ie. if a student must spend £5.00 to receive 10 points, they must spend £10.00 to receive 20 points, etc.
- Groups (this overrides Values) - here you can add a value to be collected upon purchase of a particular product at a certain value;
- Multiple can be created if you wish ie. for 5 points to be received upon purchase of a burger throughout all of your venues.
- To remove any of these, select the red 'Remove' button alongside the entry.
- Times (this overrides Values and Groups) - if you wish to have an offer on loyalty points/£, here you can add loyalty collections you want to be available at certain times.
- ie. If you wish to increase the points/£ earned from a £5.00 spend to 20 points from 8pm - 10pm (multiple collection times can be created).
- To remove any of these, select the red 'Remove' button alongside the entry.
Redemption
- Here you can set how students can spend the points/£ that they have collected. You can add multiple 'Redemption Groups' - simply add the:
- Zone;
- The product category the points/£ can be spent on.
- The only difference within this section is that, for Points based on Loyalty Schemes, you must confirm the worth of your points before adding your redemption groups ie. 10 points = £1.
Please note: If a student wishes to spend their loyalty points/£, they must cover the cost of the entire basket. loyalty redemption cannot be split with any other payment for one basket.
