Other Zone Features


Receipts

Use this section to adjust what appears on your kitchen receipts. This section requires you to enter some basic coding, so it is best for one of your developers to adjust this if needed.

For reference, below is an index of the purpose of the codes included:

  • [CENTER] – text to be centred;
  • [LEFT] – text to be on the left;
  • [RIGHT] – text to be on the right;
  • [HT] – tab (text to be 4 spaces to the right);
  • [LF] – line feed (insert blank line);
  • [FONT_A] – text to be the largest font;
  • [B] – text to be bolded;
  • [/B] – text to not be bolded;
  • [DW] – double the width of text;
  • [DH] – double the height of text;
  • [LINE] – dashed line feed.

Purchase Orders

When you charge a transaction to a Purchase Order on the till, the transaction will appear here. You can then view the transaction or mark that it has been invoiced.


Reports

  • Select the ‘Reports’ button
  • Choose the type of report you want to create
  • Select the date range for the report
  • You can then narrow the report to include specific tills or users (If you don’t select anything, the report will automatically include everything in that date range)
  • Press ‘Submit’

Setting up a table tab

  • In your zone, in locations, ensure that ‘table tab’ is selected
  • On the till after putting in the order, select ‘table tab’ and select the table number
  • To retrieve a table tab, select ‘table tab’, select the table number and the order should reappear to be cashed off
