Price Tiers

You can create various Price Tiers within the EPOS module:

  1. Within ‘EPOS’, enter the relevant ‘Zone’;
  2. Select ‘Prices’ and click ‘Create Price Tier’ to name your new price tier;

Once you have done this, there are 2 ways in which you can add your product prices for your new price tier:

Within the price tier:

  1. Click the green ‘Prices’ button for the relevant price tier;
  2. Select a ‘Category’ of products from the dropdown menu;
  3. All products within that category (within that Zone) will be listed, with boxes for you to enter the prices for that price tier;
  4. Click ‘Save’ to submit the product prices for that price tier.

To modify individual products:

  1. Find the relevant product within the EPOS ‘Zone’;
  2. Click ‘Modify’ and scroll down to ‘Prices’;
  3. Enter the required prices alongside the relevant price tier.

How can I set what days and times this pricing will be redeemable?

To set what times you would like this price tier to be available:

  1. Click the green ‘Prices’ button for the relevant price tier;
  2. Select ‘Add time’ and enter the:
    1. Day;
    2. Start time;
    3. End time.

Note: It can take up to 2 hours for new price tiers to sync to the Student Orders app. If you are setting up a large number of products at the same time, including price tiers, please let SUMS know by submitting a ticket to [email protected] so we can resync all of your products to the Student Orders App.
