Vouchers

You can create Vouchers within your Zones in the EPOS module, for which you can add unique codes for your members to redeem;

1. Within ‘EPOS’, enter the relevant ‘Zone’;
2. Select ‘Vouchers’ and click ‘Create Voucher’ to name your new Voucher;
3. Select the relevant ‘Location’ for where your Voucher will be available;
4. Enter a unique code to provide to your members to redeem;
5. Enter the ‘Type’ of Voucher and complete the relevant information:
   1. Percent Discount:
      1. Under ‘Percentage’, enter the value the user will save (i.e. 20 for 20%);
   2. Set Amount:
      1. Under ‘Amount’, enter the monetary value the user will save, to 2 decimal places;
   3. Free Product:
      1. Under ‘Product’, select the relevant product from the dropdown menu;
      2. Select which ‘Tier’ of the product you wish to include i.e. Full, Double etc…;
   4. Multibuy:
      1. if you would like a multibuy attached to the voucher, select this from the dropdown; Please note: only multibuys that are set to ‘Prevent Automatic Redemption’ can be selected.
   5. Enter the ‘Max Uses Per User’;
   6. Enter the ‘Max Usages’;
   7. Enter a ‘Start’ and ‘End’ date for the Voucher to available;
   8. Click ‘Require Credentials’ if you want the Voucher to be available for students only - this will ensure they are logged into the app via their student credentials to be able to redeem the voucher;
   9. If you would like ‘Business’ or ‘Customer’ from the dropdown menu;
   10. If you would like the voucher to be a benefit of a reward card, select the relevant ‘Reward Card(s)’ from the dropdown menu.
