Ticket Collection
There are two ways in which you can mark a ticket as ‘Collected’ within the Events module:
By selecting ‘View’ against the relevant event and accessing the ‘Tickets’ page:
Via the ‘Tickets’ tab within the main ‘Events module:
Once you have accessed either page, you can then search for the relevant ticket using the ‘Filters’ tab, and select the green 'Mark as Collected’ button alongside the ticket.
