Configuring Ticket Referral Links

To ensure you are able to obtain the correct Ticket Referral links, the relevant configuration must be added to your web templates.

This configuration will ensure that the link that is generated references the correct event ticket page and tags the referral code you have created to this URL so that this referral is added when a customer purchases their ticket via this link.

If this is not done, then the links that will be generated for your referrals will not be accurate and will not direct users to the correct page to apply the relevant referral.
