Product Rules

What are product rules?

Along with the standard purchase options, such as ‘Member Sales’ and ‘Public Sales’, you can add additional product ‘Rules’ to further categorise who will be able to purchase your product.

How can I add further product rules?

If you wish to create additional product rules, you will need to email [email protected] and request this to be added.

Confirm the rule you wish to add, e.g. purchasers of a previous product, members of a specific group etc… and SUMS will be able to add this in for you. Once SUMS has confirmed that this has been added and releases, you will be able to select this rule from the dropdown menu.

Important Note: If you require additional product rules to be added and made available by a certain time, please contact SUMS within enough time to be able to complete this for you. New rules that are to be added to the database must be released in the same fashion as the release of a development or fix to the system.
