How do I find a Transaction ID?

Every transaction made will have a seven-digit ID number; to find the right transaction number:

1. Select ‘Members’ on the dashboard
2. Select ‘Search Membership’
3. Find the correct member using any of the filters at the top of the screen
4. Select the ‘View Profile’ button for the correct member
5. Scroll down to ‘Transactions’ and click the plus sign next to it to see all of their transactions – the ID numbers for each transaction will be shown on the left hand side

For the purpose of this guide we will use 1234567 as an example transaction ID.

How do I find the details of a transaction?

1. Select ‘Finance’ on the dashboard and then click ‘transactions’
2. Then, in the URL in the top bar, add this to the end of the web address: /view/1234567
3. This will take you to the screen showing all of the details of the transaction; if multiple products have been purchased on the same transaction these will be listed individually
