Account Closures
How do I close an account?
- Select the ‘Modify’ button of the relevant staff member
- Add their leave date and select ‘Submit’ to close their account
- The date of closure (the leave date) will then show in red in the ‘Status’ column
To remove a staff member permanently, you will need to de-active them via the Permissions section. Please see the users and groups documentation for more information.
