Account Closures

How do I close an account?

  1. Select the ‘Modify’ button of the relevant staff member
  2. Add their leave date and select ‘Submit’ to close their account
  3. The date of closure (the leave date) will then show in red in the ‘Status’ column

To remove a staff member permanently, you will need to de-active them via the Permissions section. Please see the users and groups documentation for more information.
