I want to add a new member of staff to the system

  1. Select the ‘Create Staff’ button
  2. Fill in all of the requested details, and select the correct tick boxes for any relevant training that they may have had, such as First Aid
  3. If you wish for the member of staff to be hidden from the staff team page on the website, select ‘Hidden on Web
  4. Select ’Submit’ when all the relevant details have been added
  5. Your member of staff will then appear in the staff list under the ‘Full Time’ tab

These details will then be automatically uploaded to your website (unless ‘Hidden from Web’ has been selected).

I want to modify a member of staff

  1. Select the ‘Modify’ button of the relevant staff member and modify their details as required
  2. Select ‘Submit’ to update these details
  3. To delete a member of staff, select the ‘Remove’ button

How do I send an SMS to staff?

  1. Select the ‘Send SMS’ button
  2. Select the department you wish to contact from the drop down menu
  3. Insert your message and then select ‘Send

Can I see the history of messages received by staff?

  1. To see the history of messages received by staff, select the ‘SMS’ button next to the relevant staff member
  2. Here a list of all of the SMS’ they have received will be shown, including the date, time and the member of staff who sent the message
