Staff Active

When Staff Members are added via the ‘Full Time’ and ‘Student’ Tab, these are fed into the list under the ‘Staff Active’ Tab. Here you can modify whether a member of staff is still active on SUMS or not.

  1. Select the ‘Modify’ button next to the relevant member of staff
  2. For an ‘Active’ member, ensure the box is ticked
  3. For an 'Inactive' member, ensure the box is unticked
