IMT and Signage

Here you will find all of the information you will need should you need to declare a Major Incident:

  1. The first box shows the details of all Staff assigned to IMT, including their:
    1. Name;
    2. Mobile Number;
    3. Home Number;
  2. The second box shows the details of your staff members, including their name and phone number;
  3. The third box shows the details of all Next of Kin added to the system, including their name, relation and contact details.

How can I contact various levels of staff when needed?

On the main IMT page, there is an ‘SMS’ button at the top of the page. Select this to send a customer SMS message to a particular Staff or Student department, or to send a Major Incident SMS to:

  1. IMT or IMT Tier 2;
  2. All Staff;
  3. All Student Staff;
  4. All Full-Time Staff.

Can I add an Emergency Contact list?

We can upload an Emergency Contact List, such as for such as for your Security and Payment providers, should you require immediate access to their details due to a Major Incident. If you would like this adding, please send a document containing the details over to [email protected] and we will upload this onto the IMT page for you to download by selecting the ‘Company List’ button.

IMT Signage – How do I set Digital Signage to Emergency Mode?

  1. Select ‘IMT Signage’ within the HR Module;
  2. All of your Digital Signage will be listed;
  3. To set a particular display to Emergency Mode, click ‘Modify’ and select the relevant reason from the dropdown menu before clicking ‘Submit’.

There is a red ‘Stop Emergency Mode’ button alongside each Digital Signage to easily turn this off whenever needed.
