Get notified of a submission

  • On SUMS, go to ‘incident reporting’ and click ‘settings’
  • In settings, under emails, there are 2 options (group incidents such as incidents submitted by sports and societies, and other incidents such as incidents in your venues or any other type of incident). One question in the incident reporting form asks whether it is a sports or society related incident. If this is selected those whose emails are in the groups incidents list will be emailed.
  • Submit any email addresses you want to receive emails about each of these types. Multiple people can be emailed – to do this, type each email address separated by a comma.
