How to create a new footfall location

  1. Once logged onto SUMS if you can click onto "reception" on the left-hand side of the page.
  2. This will bring up a drop down menu. Then select "footfall" from this list.
  3. In the bottom half of the page click "Create Footfall Location".
  4. Input location name, colour of button to be used and if active.
  5. Click the button that matches the new location.
  6. Click "Create Tally Item" & if active.
  7. Add as many tally items you need and then the footfall for that location is complete.

How to input Drop In footfall

  1. During drop in sessions footfall needs to be recorded so that we as an organisation know which sessions are busiest and can compare it figures from last year/identify trends in queries.
  2. Once logged onto SUMS if you can click onto "reception" on the left-hand side of the page.
  3. This will bring up a drop down menu. Then select "footfall" from this list.
  4. Then select the department Drop in from the options on the main page.
  5. This then brings up a drop down list select the option which most closely relates to the query and then click submit.
