Introduction

The Reporting Module can be used to create and export bespoke reports using data fields within the SUMS database. These reports can be grouped by a variable, show a sum of values, and pull fields within a certain period such as between two dates. Reports can then be exported as a file and imported into Excel or SPSS, or viewed within SUMS and used in other modules. For example, reports can be used to send email communications to specific groups of students, or for bespoke Election groups.
