Widgets

You can update the details and content for the following areas on your website via the ‘Widgets’ section of the website module:

  • Student Leaders details

  • ‘Contact Us’ details

Student Leaders

  1. Click ‘Create Student Leaders’ and enter the following information:
    1. Code – you can enter a code for the relevant Student Leader position (i.e. VPE for Vice President Education);
    2. Title – enter the full title of the Student Leader position;
    3. Upload an Image;
    4. Enter their First Name;
    5. Enter their Last Name;
    6. Pronouns;
    7. Phone number;
    8. Email address;
    9. Facebook link;
    10. Instagram link;
    11. Twitter link;
    12. Bio – enter some content as a bio for the Student Leader if you wish.

Contact Us

  1. Click ‘Create Contact Us’ and enter the following information:
    1. Code – you can enter a code for the relevant area (i.e. AC for Advice Centre, REC for Reception etc…)
    2. Phone number;
    3. Email address.

You can also add drop-in times as an addition to your contact details, such as to advertise drop-in times for your Advice Centre:

  1. Within the ‘Create Contact Us’ page, select ‘Drop-Ins’ from the top of the page;
  2. Click ‘Create Drop-In’ and enter the following: a. ‘Contact Us Parent’ (the location/service you wish to add the drop-in times for); b. Days (start typing in the name of the days and select them from the dropdown); c. Start Time; d. End Time.

Please Note: You can create one drop-in for multiple days, but the time slots must be the same. If you have multiple drop-ins scheduled at various times, you will need to create an entry per time slot.
