Redeeming Loyalty on a Till

How do I redeem loyalty on a till?

  1. When you have entered a purchase for a member and go to select a payment method, instead of selecting Cash or Card, select ‘Other’;
  2. Then select 'Loyalty Payment';
  3. That member's total loyalty balance will show;
  4. Select 'Redeem' for whichever the member wishes to use to pay;
  5. The total will immediately be deducted, and this will also show on their Student Dashboard as an entry of them having redeemed loyalty at that time.
